Different products may vary in time frame for delivery, but those that take over 25 days will be cancelled and refunded

Damages VELLIZ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
